      1. Please God be right. Changing her design for good would be a nightmare, and would most likely emotionally scar me.

      2. Well according to the article, it kind of implies the design will probably be her US design, ie. Boxart.

  1. "– Miku’s fashion, hairstyle, and background are designer’s choice"
Dear god, not her hair! D':

  2. Tch…I don't think a design change is necessary. It won't matter how she looks, she'll sell just the same.
At the very most, I hope it's a design like the Toyota illustrations. It's got the same characteristics, hair, and clothes as the original, but it's just drawn differently.
    I support orginal Miku.

  3. I need help! I can't read japanese but I want to submit my artwork for the contest! in order to do that, I have to Tag it 2011USMIKU but I don't know how to tag… 🙁

  4. hopefully it’s just like the other costumes and an alternate to the regular miku that we usually see. like, she’ll be in the outfit for a couple songs and everyone will go ‘yay america’ and she’s back to her good old self. @28fa9884299106800cf74e57c8dd5576:disqus , im pretty sure a couple people did re-draw the original and say miku shouldn’t change.
now that the contest over, im generally unimpressed by all the entries. >< when will they realize that not all americans are into cowboy hats and boots, don't actually care for things that look super patriotic, and don't really think much about bacon wrapped hotdogs. the contest worries me cause im not sure i could really grow to like many of the outfits..

..cept maybe the family guy consuela one. for some reason that one really cracks me up.
