For the weeks that we do not have a Reader’s Pick I will post a video from the UTARan SP 2011 list. This week is number 107, a cover of “Tori no Uta” featuring Kasane Teto back when she was brand new. It’s rather amazing to watch this and compare it to some of the newer Teto stuff; our little chimera has come so far!
FINAL THOUGHTS:
Back from another con and spending too much money. Not a bad week this time, lots of excellent new songs and I’m very happy Ruko’s new VCV male voicebank got a spot in the top ten. Now to see more of him….
I do wonder if the summer will mean more and more new and original songs popping up (since school is out and all). We’ll just have to wait and see!
Ohmigod, the history is the first UTAU ranking I watched. Can't believe it's been a year…
I didn't like Ruko's male voice at first, but the VCV version sounds much better. Waiting for more songs with him…
Recs… I'll take TeatimeP's Recollection (http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm9418293). It's got one of the most realistic tuning of Sora I've ever heard.
