I kinda flaked last week, and there was some stuff about Hayabusa in the Vocaloid news that just recently went down and was awesome, spawning a couple of songs and boosting songs like Starduster and stuff. So if you’re mad about missing out on all that… uh, awesomeness, then you have me to blame. And I’m sorry. /(_ _)\
So, interesting week this week… in case someone ends up changing the tags later, one of them when I watched this ranking was ‘number one is a shock/surprise’. And it is, to everyone except me, who is a weirdo. Also, some seemingly random song boosts that might be explained and some new info about the mysterious Vocaloid “Lily”, all in this week’s edition of the Weekly Vocaloid Ranking! This came out at the very very end of last week’s ranking period, hence the increase rate of over 2000%. Also, it’s catchy. Also, panties. :3 Cute. And there’s the talk of pantsu. Loved Tamura Hiro’s illustration of Rin in the PV. <3

Everything sasakure on the rank is because of the Shuumatsu tour. (Shuumatsu -> 16bit Wars -> Wanderlast -> *Hello, Planet.)
Starduster and the two Hayabusa song was because of Hayabusa's reentry back to earth after its 7-year-long journey to Itokawa.

– Hayabusa was written as a "theme"? song for Hayabusa
– Hayabusa -Welcome Back Version- was uploaded on the day Hayabusa's reentry (June 13, 2010)
– Starduster was used as the BGM to one of the more tearjerking Hayabusa-related video and as the ending theme to the official Hayabusa nama housou. (sm10135327 and ttp://live.nicovideo.jp/gate/lv18265557, respectively.)
