First off, allow me to vent for a while about my work: IT SUCKS, plain and simple. But at least I made some friends at work to make it all a little bit easier. Unfortunately, the world of office politics is a fickle one, and due to a (not-so) unforeseen circumstance, my friends’ contracts have finally expired. Take note, they’re also part of the project I’m in, so now I’m left with the burden with nobody to talk to… so yes, this is a really desperate time for me.

But anyway, enough about that, let’s move on to this week’s ranking, which will hopefully see some brand-spanking-new songs courtesy of newcomer Lily. Don’t get too excited, though, as we have no idea if songs made from a demo program would be allowed in the charts. Let’s just head on down and find out!

Lily-san has finally arrived!

The voice from m.o.v.e’s yuri, the illustration by KEI (yes, that one), the database worked on by avex, the unique VOCALOID2 Lily will be released from Internet Co. on August 25th.

(This news is a week early because next week’s info section will be a notice about SP5.)

Final Thoughts/Analysis:

GUMI really is starting to get more recognition, awesome! I hope this happens w/ some other Vocaloids soon (Len and Miki would be awesome). While it appears Lily’s demo hasn’t made a huge splash yet, but I’m excited to see what happens after she gets officially released (ohplzplz a new samfree “Night” series song!!!).
