WEEKLY UTAU Ranking #102: Happy Halloween!

NAMI’s OPENING STATEMENT:
I’m sorry to have kept you waiting. It’s time for the weekly UTAU ranking!
It seems students have been busy because of the exam session.
Did the exams go well? To those who managed to find some time: do hang around the songs of this week’s ranking!
On another subject, I said earlier that a change in how UTAU Ranking works was planned. Now I’ll talk about the major differences that there will be.
These changes are the end of the presentation of the new voicebanks, and the expansion of the pick-up segment. The presentation of the new voicebanks won’t stop completely though, as some will presented in the pick-up segment. Further details on those changes will soon be published on the uploader’s blog. Not an overly impressive week this time. NONE of the Pickups really grabbed me. Number 15, 11, and 3 were the best ones in my opinion this time.
