Studio DEEN and GWave Annouce New Record Label, Vocaloid 3DPV Project
ANN has recently reported the initial details of a emerging collaborative project between Studio DEEN and game music production company GWave. It appears that the two companies will be joining forces to launch a new label known as Cosmic Record. According to the report, Cosmic Record’s first release will be the Vocaloid album “Downloader”. Produced by musician Taishi, it will feature the vocal talents of Hatsune Miku. The album is currently set for a May 27th release and will be bundled with a DVD featuring a 3D animated PV produced by Studio DEEN. The album art will be done by artists Tometa Ohara and QP:Flapper. Of special note to many MMD fans, Cosmic Record has also announced that the 3D PV will feature the Lat Miku model as its inspiration. You can visit Cosmic Record’s new website here. Deen's art and animation sucks majorly so hopefully they won't mess this up too terribly. On a happier note, yay, new Taishi album!
