Happy 1st Birthday, Nekomura Iroha!
Today marks the first anniversary of Nekomura Iroha’s release. Follow us with your cake and presents after the break.
Iroha is the lovechild between SANRIOWAVE CO.,LTD and AH-Software. Her voice, whose provider has not been revealed, has captivated listeners with a deep mature voice that initially shocked many due to her cute and unique appearance. She was drawn by the famous “Okama”, whose other works include Cloth Road and the fictional anime “Bizarre Jelly” in the video game “No More Heroes”.
Iroha is going to be released in Taiwan along with other Vocaloids by Ecapsule. AH-Sofware also plans to port Iroha to the Vocaloid 3 engine, however no changes are to be made to her voice.
To start we’d like to present some of Iroha’s most popular songs since her release.

Its not just producers that are having all the fun. Let’s see how the artists have been celebrating.
Iroha’s first year into the world of Vocaloid has been an interesting one. Let’s wish our favorite little Kittyler a happy birthday and wish her, and her producers, good luck throughout the next year!
Huge thanks to forum user Funeralparty32 for her help on this article!

Happy birthday Iroha. While you are not yet a household name amongst Vocaloid fans, you and your P’s have produced some of the most astounding and authentic sounding Vocaloid songs to date. Hope for many more excellent songs to come!
Be careful with ‘lovechild’: it’s informal and gives a sense of negativity. How about ‘collaboration’? Does that work?
Yes, it does have that connotation. I was playing around with the idea of “love” what with the Hello Kitty theme and all. Of course, informality in writing is not encouraged, but I figured since I too was celebrating Iroha’s birthday, I would have a little fun with the writing. Of course, if our readers have too much of an issue with it, then I could change it.
